Our Founder & CEO
Catalina Campillo is a finance strategist and growth consultant with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, digital transformation, and strategic marketing.
Before founding Tracktion Media, she led transformation projects at EY (Ernst & Young), oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets, and advised executives across Latin America. Today, she brings that same rigor to help financial businesses build scalable, high-impact growth systems.
Catalina is also a faculty professor, financial educator, and founder of Freenancieras, an education initiative focused on empowering women to take control of their financial lives.
